The cold heart is a German cartoon by Hannes Rall from 2013. It is based on the fairy tale of the same name by Wilhelm Hauff .
action
Peter Munk is black from his work with coal. One day, when he fell in love with Lisbeth, he wanted to give up his life as "coal Peter" - that's what people call him - and set out to see the glass man as a Sunday child. There he does not know the verse to the end and ends up in the kingdom of the Dutchman Michel.
Production notes
The production time was 8 years before the film premiered at the Stuttgart International Animated Film Festival in 2013. The woodcut-like and expressionistic-looking film consists of 20,000 hand-drawn individual images that were drawn on paper with pencil and brush before being colored on the computer, based on the color script of Disney color designer Hans Bacher. The speaking roles are taken on by the actors Philipp Moog , Sabrina Litzinger and Karl-Michael Vogler .
