Dausa ( Hindi दौसा ) is a city in the Indian state of Rajasthan .
Dausa is the administrative center of the district of the same name . The city is located 55 km east of Jaipur . The national highway NH 11 (Jaipur - Agra ) runs through Dausa. In the 2011 census, the population was 85,960.
