Dave Cummings (born March 13, 1940 in Saratoga Springs , New York ; actually David Conners ), who also appears under the pseudonyms Dave Conner and Malcolm Sands , is an American porn actor , director and producer.

Life

Cummings served 25 years in the US Army and made it to Lieutenant Colonel . He took part in the Vietnam War and later worked in West Point . He then worked as a mortgage broker . He was married for 22 years until his wife separated from him in 1985. He then became a swinger and was spotted watching a movie on a Playboy television show in 1994 . He made his first porn film in September 1994. He is often and often describes himself as the "oldest active porn star". After an older porn actor became known in Japan, he often uses the addition "American". In addition to his work as an actor, he is also active as a director and film producer. According to the Internet Adult Film Database , he has acted in over 200 films and directed just under 50 films. In many interviews he is asked about his attitude towards Viagra . According to his own statements, he only uses this drug sporadically.

Cummings is a member of the Free Speech Coalition , the successor organization to the Adult Film Association of America , and campaigns against attempts by US authorities to restrict the porn industry. In June 2005, for example, one of the plaintiffs was against a regulation of the US Department of Justice which , in the plaintiffs' view, tries to make online pornography more difficult in general through excessive documentation and retention requirements under the guise of fighting child pornography. He is also the author of numerous blogs and porn industry websites.

Dave Cummings has a son and daughter and four grandchildren. He lives in California .

Awards

Dave Cummings received the 2001 XRCO Award in the Unsung Swordsman category and was inducted into the 2007 AVN Hall of Fame .
