Dave Norris
Dave Norris (actually David Stanley Norris; born December 14, 1939 in Birkenhead , North Shore City ) is a former New Zealand long and triple jumper .
At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff , he won bronze in the triple jump and was eighth in the long jump.
In 1960 he retired from qualification in both disciplines at the Olympic Games in Rome .
With further participation in the British Empire and Commonwealth Games, he won silver in the long jump in Perth in 1962 and was sixth in the triple jump; In 1966 in Kingston he was fifth in the triple jump and seventh in the long jump.
At the British Commonwealth Games he was fifth in the long jump and eleventh in the triple jump in Edinburgh in 1970 ; 1974 in Christchurch followed a sixth place in the triple jump.
