David Andreas Forstmeyer

David Andreas Forstmeyer (born February 3, 1707 , † November 28, 1771 in Weißenburg ) was a musician and instrumentalist with the imperial city of Weißenburg as his place of activity.

Life

Forstmeyer was the older of two sons of the margravial Ansbach officer Andreas Forstmeyer. In 1710 the family moved to the Wülzburg . From a young age, he was a substitute worked at the nearby White Castle. In May 1728 he became a journeyman to the town musician Johann Thomas Preu .
