David Ludwig Bay
David Ludwig Bay (born July 31, 1749 in Bern , † December 2, 1832 ibid) was a Swiss politician and lawyer during the Helvetic era .
Bay's father was an officer . Bay studied law in Marburg , and in 1792 he became an officer in the cavalry . In 1798 he was made a senator .
