David M. Evans

David Mickey Evans (born October 20, 1962 in Wilkes-Barre , Pennsylvania ) is an American film director and screenwriter who also appears in small roles as an actor .

Live and act

David M. Evans graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 1984. He began his career in the film business as a screenwriter. In 1986, Game with Terror was made, the first film to be produced based on a script by Evans. In 1992 he sold his screenplay for Flug ins Abenteuer ( Radio Flyer ) for $ 1.2 million. The film was directed by Richard Donner . A year later he made his directorial debut with Herkules und die Sandlot-Kids , for which he wrote the script himself. Further film projects followed.
