Gleimershausen is a part of the municipality Rhönblick in the Rhön in the district of Schmalkalden-Meiningen , Thuringia .

location

The small town located south east of Bettenhausen in the south to the brawn flowing hazel .

history

The place belonged to the old property of the County of Henneberg and was in the hands of the Lords of Bibra , who owned the place from the 16th to the 18th century when the Counts of Henneberg - Schleusingen died out in 1583 . The state sovereignty lay with the Amt of Maßfeld , which meant that it had been the responsibility of the dukes of Saxony-Meiningen since 1680 .

In 1933 the small village had as many inhabitants (60) as it does today. On July 1, 1950, it was incorporated into the Haselbach community and came to Hermannsfeld on April 1, 1974 . The regulation of the interior minister of Thuringia, it was with Helmershausen 1 August 1996 unified community Rhönblick incorporated .
