David Yost (born January 7, 1969 in Council Bluffs , Iowa ) is an American actor .

life and career

David Yost was born in Council Bluffs in 1969 and attended Graceland University in Lamoni , Iowa. His first role was instantly starring in the television series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as Billy Cranston the Blue Power Ranger, which he played in 155 episodes. In the meantime, he also played this role in the movie Power Rangers - The Movie , before he had to leave the series due to his homosexuality .

This was followed by only sporadic appearances as an actor. In 2018 the film The Order is slated to hit cinemas with other former actors who were seen as Power Ranger. A trailer for the film was published on YouTube on May 22, 2016 .
