Dawa Norbu
Dawa Norbu ( 1949 - May 28, 2006 ) was a Tibetan political scientist and professor of Central Asian studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi . He began his academic career at St. Stephen's College of Delhi University . From 1976 he studied at the University of California, Berkeley , where he obtained a Ph.D. reached. Dawa Norbu became particularly famous for his book Red star over Tibet .
