Ex-CIA man Jack Raymond, whose nickname is "Radical Jack", is said to work for his unpopular boss one last time. He is said to be monitoring the local arms dealer Rolland Buckworth and his son in a small village on the east coast. They are planning a big deal with a man named Riotti. With this, Jack still has a bill, since he killed his wife and daughter in a failed mission. On the spot, he falls in love with the bar girl Kate. She is the bride of the local gang leader Roland. There is an explosive showdown.
