The Debelt Glacier ( Bulgarian ледник Дебелт ) is a north-south orientation 1.5 km long and 3 km wide glacier on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It flows from the southeastern slopes of Vidin Heights to the south to Moon Bay , into which it joins between Edinburgh Hill and Chelis Nunatak .
The name was given by the Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names in 2005. The name is given by the city of Debelt in southwestern Bulgaria .
