Debil is a punk - rock band from Schwerin / Grabow , who in 1996 was formed. The band is named after the album of the same name by Die Ärzte .
history
The band was and is always a hobby for its members that they practiced alongside their regular activities. In the years since their founding, the band did not make a major breakthrough and only became known regionally. They usually appear in small clubs, but have also been to large audiences, such as the Schwerin Dragon Boat Festival in 2004, or as the opening act for July meets MIA. -Openair in the Schweriner Freilichtbühne 2007. For 10 years they gave a Christmas concert in their hometown Grabow every year . This tradition ended in 2005. Over the years the line-up has changed twice. In 2000 guitarist Franner stopped and Stefan joined them. In 2006 Nico became the drummer after Horst's resignation. After 23 years, Bert left the band in 2019.
Tor, Tor, Tor was published on the website as a single for the 2006 World Cup .
