Deimachos (son of Neleus)
Deimachos ( Greek Δηίμαχος ) is in Greek mythology a son of Neleus , the founder of the Messenian city of Pylos (see Palace of Nestor ), and of Chloris .
He is the brother of Pero and Tauros, Asterios, Pylaon, Eurybios, Epilaos, Phrasios, Eurymenes, Euagoras, Alastor , Nestor and Periklymenos . When Heracles conquers Pylos, Deimachos is killed with his siblings, Nestor alone is spared.
In a Scholion of Homer's Iliad , his name is given as Lysimachos ( Λυσίμαχος ).
