The Delchev Peak (English; Bulgarian Делчев връх Deltschew wrach ) is an approximately 1000 m high mountain on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is the highest point of the Delchev Ridge in the Tangra Mountains and rises 7.2 km east-northeast of Great Needle Peak , 3.2 km southeast of Rila Point and 7.6 km west-southwest of Renier Point . The Iskar Glacier is to the west and the Sopot Piedmont Glacier is north of it.
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named the mountain in 2002 after the Bulgarian freedom fighter Georgi Nikolow Deltschew (1872–1903).
