Delfim Moreira da Costa Ribeiro (born November 7, 1868 in Cristina , Minas Gerais , † July 1, 1920 in Santa Rita do Sapucaí , Minas Gerais) was a Brazilian lawyer, politician and president from November 15, 1918 to July 28, 1919 from Brazil. From July 28, 1919 to July 1, 1920 he was Vice President under Epitácio Pessoa . Delfim Moreira belonged to the Partido Republicano Mineiro (PRM).

He became president after the already chosen candidate Francisco de Paula Rodrigues Alves at the Spanish flu became ill and died before his inauguration.

From September 7, 1914 to September 7, 1918 Moreira was governor of the state of Minas Gerais.
