action

It's Halloween evening . The two friends Abbie and Holly are on their way to a dance at their school when they break down in their car. A group of five shady youngsters offer them a lift, which they reluctantly take advantage of. On the way they stop at a gas station to buy beer, but the seller refuses to sell alcohol to the group, whereupon Vince loses his composure and shoots around with the seller's gun and injures a police officer who happens to be appearing. An exchange of fire ensues, as a result of which the colored Reggie is shot by the other police officer, before the frightened group manages to escape in a panic to the remote, uninhabited and allegedly demon- possessed hall-house , which was once a morgue , in which people escape most brutal way was murdered.

The aging Lieutenant Dewhurst, just a day away from retirement, takes over the investigation and quickly realizes that this is not a robbery in the traditional sense. Nevertheless, he has a search for the fugitive group.

Despite considerable objections from Abbie, who suspects demonic activities in the house, the group of three women and four men initially feels safe. But even within the group there are always disagreements and arguments that soon escalate. In the house, the young people are greeted by a vicious demon in human form, who greets them as attractive and seductive Angela, who is initially distrusted to be on the safe side. Nevertheless, Angela gradually succeeds in captivating the visitors, brutally killing them in their search for a virgin soul and thus decimating them. The dead people then mutate into demons, who return in increasing numbers as the murdering undead. The radius of action of these creatures is limited here only to the property of the venerable property, which is surrounded by an underground river, and thus prevents the beings from spreading.

When Lieutenant Dewhurst arrives at the scene, only the blond virgin cheerleader Holly, her adored Nick and the eccentric Vince, who feels like a cop killer, even though the cop, whom he believed to be dead, is in excellent health. When Vince refuses to put down his gun, Dewhurst shoots the young man; a short time later also Angela. Since Angela shows herself unimpressed despite the impact of the shot, rather changes her appearance and henceforth walks around as a diabolical monster, the trio reveals her true opponent - a demon. In this almost hopeless situation, Angela offers the trio a pact that assures Nick and the investigator safe conduct if Holly agrees in return to voluntarily surrender her virgin soul, which is precious for the undead, to Angela, who wants to open a gate to hell with it. Holly agrees.

Nick and Dewhurst snatch Holly from the undead a short time later. Angela then takes revenge for breaking her word and kills the policeman, while the likeable couple run towards the property line. Both manage to overcome this barrier in time. With their combined forces they pull the chasing demon prince, who was previously known as Angela, across the magical border until it collapses. At the end of the film, the two survivors barricade the access to the spacious property, where the monsters can only do mischief on Halloween. In the last shot of the film, Holly promises a stunned Nick that from now on she will return to the house every Halloween to warn other visitors and prevent them from entering.

Reviews

"A predictable, extremely boring film with pathetic performance by all those involved, which wants to satisfy the voyeuristic tendencies of its audience with various disgusting effects and the bare bosom of its actresses."
