action

Jun'ichirō Kagami ( 鑑 純 一郎 ), who is in his twenties, is a passionate otaku and NEET . He's at home all day, sitting at his computer and writing his anime blog, even though he was successful as a high school student. His sister Suzune Kagami ( 鑑 純 音 ) finally pushed him successfully to finally accept a job as a teacher. However, Kagami wants to get rid of them as soon as possible. Hired as a substitute teacher, he lets the students play an online game to get to know them, and has other very idiosyncratic teaching methods. But he soon notices that the violent schoolgirl Minako Kanō ( 叶 美奈子 ) is being bullied by others. She wants to become a Seiyuu and under her efforts and the incomprehension of her classmates, the earlier friendships broke up. Kagami can teach bullies better by showing them what it's like to be bullied. He learns from Minako that she used to be in a gang and that she found a new goal in life thanks to a chat with a stranger. It turns out that Kagami was the one she chatted with. However, when Kagami is “convicted” of an alleged assault on a student in the shopping center, he has to leave school.

Kagami would like to stay home again, but his sister wants him to work again. Also, Koyomi Hiiragi ( 柊 暦 ), a mysterious young woman and chairman of Hiiragi Private School, noticed Kagami and his skills. She wants him for her school; their goal is to make Japan a fun place to be. Against his resistance, both women manage to get him into his second job. He is finally convinced when he can help Kiriko Shikishima ( 式 島 切 子 ). The student of the Hiiragi School wants to throw out the head girl Makina Momozono ( 桃園 マ キ ナ ) because Kiriko works in a maid café and that is unworthy of the school. By staying in the café, Kagami is able to convince Makina that the maids also have their dignity there. Immediately after starting his work at the school, Kagami faces Seijūrō Nanami ( 七 海 征 十郎 ), the next difficult student. Kagami takes on the bully in a soccer duel, initially tricking him several times, but ultimately lets him win. But this Seijūrō had to work with his team and rely on them. So he realized that he had to cooperate with others and not attack everyone equally.
