history

The studio was founded by Sony's animation division Aniplex on May 9, 2005 to take over the animation and production of a number of animes aimed at families. In 2006 it produced its first work with YK Noside with the children's television series Zenmai Zamurai . In October of the same year, a studio was opened in Asagaya . The company was thus fully equipped and was also entrusted with the production of various works in other genres and areas. The first regular series was Ōkiku Furikabutte which was produced in 2007. Since its success in 2007/2008, the studio has also had an international presence and took part, for example, in the Anime Expo 2007, which took place in Long Beach , California .

On June 26, 2010, the first film produced by the studio called Uchū Show e Yōkoso ( 宇宙 シ ョ ー へ よ う こ そ , Uchū Shō e Yōkoso ) was released.
