action

Masamune Izumi is a high school student and loves to write light novels . However, since he has no artistic talent, he lets his anonymous partner draw his illustrations for his works, who calls himself "Eromanga-sensei" and makes questionable and perverse drawings, but is extremely reliable. In addition to his work as a writer and the school, Masamune takes care of his only remaining family member, his younger stepsister Sagiri, a Hikikomori who has not left her room for more than a year.

When Masamune learns that Eromanga Sensei is hosting a live stream in which he creates an illustration for his viewers in real time, he watches it at home. He accidentally finds out who is behind the pseudonym. The mysterious illustrator is his younger sister Sagiri. The life of the two is upset when a Shōjo - Mangaka moves into the neighboring house and spends more time with them.

Sagiri Izumi ( 和 泉 紗 霧 , Izumi Sagiri )
Sagiri is Masamune's 12-year-old stepsister and a hikikomori who never leaves her room, not even to eat, and instead relies fully on her older brother. Bonaros had complained in writing that the company was distributing child pornography . She asked to stop selling such books. She did not name any work. As early as February of the same year, Senator Stirling Griff, in his address to parliament, asked for all anime and manga publications that he believed to be harmful to children to be checked. He especially highlighted the anime adaptation of Eromanga Sensei, which, according to Griff, “ takes up the most serious incestuous topics that he cannot describe”. On August 12, 2020 it was announced that Eromanga Sensei, along with other manga , had to be submitted to the Australian Classification Board for assessment.
