Dena Kaplan (born January 20, 1989 in Johannesburg , South Africa ) is an Australian actress and dancer .
In 1996 she and her family immigrated to Australia. She became known for her role as Abigail in the Australian series Dance Academy - Dance your dream! . She has two sisters. Her younger sister Ariel is also an actress .
