Deniz Almas (* 17th July 1997 in Calw ) is a German athlete who on the Sprint specializes.

Almas starts for VfL Wolfsburg . In February 2020 he became German champions over 60 meters at the indoor championships in Leipzig .

Alman has a German mother and a father of Turkish origin. He grew up in Altburg, a district of Calw. His nickname is Turbo Turk.

On August 1, 2020, at a run in Weinheim with a time of 10.08 seconds, he topped the European annual best list over 100 meters. A week later, on August 8, 2020, he won the 100 meter title at the German championships in Braunschweig .
