Dennis Riemer (born February 23, 1988 in Wolfsburg ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

In his youth, Riemer played at VfL Wolfsburg , in 2007 he received his first contract for the second team and was one of the regular players in the Regionalliga Nord . For the 2009/10 season , Riemer received his first professional contract, which ran until June 30, 2012. For the 2010/11 season , he moved to third division TuS Koblenz on loan .

After a year in Koblenz, Riemer dissolved his contract in Wolfsburg, which was still valid until 2012, and moved to the second division relegated Arminia Bielefeld in the 2011/12 season . Riemer made his debut in the Arminen jersey on October 15, 2011, when he was on the starting line-up in the 0-1 away win at Kickers Offenbach . In his fourth game he scored his first goal when he scored the 3-0 against Rot-Weiß Oberhausen in the 76th minute . Riemer won the Westphalia Cup twice with Arminia and was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga in 2013 .

Due to knee problems, he had to end his career in 2014 at the age of 25.
