Der Abiturient is a free, 40-page youth magazine and appears four times a year. It is aimed at students, the school for a (technical) High School leading school visit. The magazine contains content on the subjects of Abitur preparation, study and career choices , leisure time and careers .
Different courses and degrees are presented in each issue. In the “My University City” section, students present their student city. A regular column is “Talking English”. Schoolchildren, students and trainees who work or study abroad report on their experiences. The testimonials are written in English .

The web portal www.derabiturient.de was relaunched at the beginning of May 2011. On the Internet site, print stories are extended and web texts and news on the main topics of high school graduates are published. Readers have also been able to browse the titles online since the 03/2010 issue.
Creative competition
"The best high school graduate in Germany" is a competition that has existed since 2011 and is to be continued annually with a changing motto. In 2011, “Creativity” is the theme of the competition. Participants can submit entries in the competition categories, "Text" and "Design".
