action

Saman is an attractive teenager and is owned by the wealthy Farroukhzad, in whose house he lives. He dances for him as a bacha : disguised as a woman, with a veil and bells on his hands and feet, he not only entertains Farroukhzad friends with dance, but also has to render them sexual services after the dance. During the day his life is strictly monitored by Farroukhzad, so Saman is never allowed to leave him without his knowledge.

One day the boy Bijane comes to Farroukhzad's house. Saman realizes that the child should be built up as his successor. At first he refuses to teach Bijane to dance, but then complies. Saman notices that Bijane doesn't know what his future role will be. He was fetched from a village by Farroukhzad's helpers. Bijzane is afraid of dancing and men. Saman, in turn, is kidnapped by friends and taken to his garbage dump, where a now too old Bacha lives. Saman is horrified and now knows what future he can expect. Bijane, in turn, refuses to dance in front of Farroukhzad. This determines that Bijane will be his new Bacha from next week. Just before Saman has to dance again one evening in front of Farroukhzad's men, he instructs Bijane to flee at the sound of bells during his dance and return to his village. Saman, in turn, begins to dance and slits open the arteries in both joints while dancing. He is bleeding profusely, but does not stop dancing and circles around the sound of the music until he collapses.
