history
The publishing house was founded in 1995 by students from the Universities of Ulm and Stuttgart to distribute the journal for philosophy of the blue rider (due to its comprehensibility for non-professional philosophers as well as its elaborate design, this journal, also first published in 1995, quickly became the most widely read philosophy journal in the German language ). Since 2003 books with a similar concept as the journal for philosophy of the blue rider as well as books in the border area of philosophy and literature, philosophy and natural sciences as well as philosophy and art have appeared in the publishing house.
