Derek Vaughan
Derek Vaughan (* 2. May 1961 in Neath ) is a British politician of the Labor Party .
Life
Vaughan graduated from Swansea University .
EU parliamentarians
In the 2009 EU election , Vaughan won the European Parliament for Wales . He was able to successfully defend his mandate in May 2014 . For the 2019 election , Vaughan decided not to run again. Vaughan's roles included Vice-Chair of the Committee on Budgetary Control and a member of the Regional Development Committee and the Delegation for relations with Australia and New Zealand.
