Derenbach ( Luxembourgish Déierbech ) is a village in the municipality of Wintger , canton of Clervaux in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg .

Derenbach is located in the south of the municipality of Wintger. Neighboring towns are Oberwampach in the west and Brachtenbach in the east . The place is accessed via the national road 12.
General
Derenbach is a rural village and is surrounded by meadows and fields. Sights are the church of St. Maria Magdalena, a baroque building from the years 1732/35 and the water tower . Until the merger of the communities Aselborn , Bögen , Helzingen and Oberwampach in 1978, Derenbach belonged to the community of Oberwampach.
