The German floorball small field championship 2012 was played on June 30th and July 1st, 2012 in Lilienthal in Lower Saxony . Eight teams had previously qualified for the final round and initially played in two preliminary round groups for a place in the semifinals. In the final, the host TV Lilienthal won 5: 4 against VfL Kaufering.
