The 2018/19 women's floorball Bundesliga was the 25th season of the German floorball championship on the women's large field. As in the previous year, there was a real league mode again.
The MFBC Grimma started the season as defending champion.

In the main round, each team played twice (first and second leg) against each other. In the play-offs, the 2nd played against the 3rd and the 1st against the 4th in a best-of-3 mode. The losers played 3rd place in one game. The two winners then determined the German floorball champion in the final.
Since only six teams took part, there was no direct relegation, no team played in the relegation. For the last game, FC Stern München announced its withdrawal 1 . The first two teams in the regional league championship women will be promoted directly.
