Unihockey Bundesliga 2005/06

The Unihockey Bundesliga 2005/06 was the 12th season of the German Unihockey Championship on the men's large field. Defending champion UHC Weißenfels was able to defend the title against the Löwen Leipzig in the new edition of the final of the previous year.

Main round

In the main round, each team played twice (first and second leg) against each other. The first four teams reached the playoffs directly. The last two teams were supposed to be relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga, but this did not happen and both were allowed to remain in the 1st Bundesliga. The UC Heidelberg team withdrew to the regional league for financial reasons and was replaced by the UHC Döbeln team in the following season .

Playoffs

The playoffs were played in best-of-three mode. In the semifinals, the first-placed team in the main round met the fourth-placed team and the second-placed team met the third-placed team.
