history
The Red Hocks have been working with young people since 2007. At first there was only one U17 team that was able to secure the South German championship against Calw Lions in the second year of its existence. This first success entitled to the first participation in the German U17 championship, where the 6th place was at the end. From the 2010/2011 season, four youth teams from Kaufering's offspring entered the race for the first time. While the U9, U11 and U15 were all Bavarian runners-up in their age groups, the U19 almost hit the jackpot. At the German U19 championship you only had to admit defeat to TV Lilienthal in the final. The following season was ultimately the most successful to date. While the U19s reach the DM final again and this time the German championship title goes to Kaufering, podium places are also achieved in the Bavarian leagues. After some exciting finals, the U9 and U17 take 1st place. Starting in summer 2012, the floorball division at VfL Kaufering will be able to offer almost every age group from U7 to U17 for the first time. As in the previous year, all children's and youth teams made it into the top 3 in their Bavarian leagues. The U17 even won the German championship title after winning the Bavarian title. The following season went even better when the U9, U11 and U13 won the Bavarian championship. For the U13, the season goes into extra time, at the German championship they make it to the semi-finals. In the floorball year 2014/15 the youngsters can confirm their achievements from the previous year. U11 and U13 defend their titles, the U15 also dominate their league and secure their championship participation with the championship. In addition, for the first time there is a female junior team that was able to win the title in the U14 girls' league in its first league season.
