The floorball department provides a men's team that plays in the German floorball league . The department is also known under the synonym Lilienthaler Wölfe . They play their home games in the Schoofmoorhalle in the Falkenberg district of Lilienthal .

Sporting development

The club was promoted to the Bundesliga in 2011. In the first year, relegation could only be achieved in the playdowns. In the following year, the team made 5th place and reached the play-offs, where they were eliminated early. 4th place was achieved in the 2013/14 season. In the following year, however, they played again against relegation, which could be avoided in the play-downs. The following season they finished second after the main round and faced the UHC Weißenfeils in the final of the German championship in 2016 , which they lost 4: 8 and 3: 5. In the following season and in the 2017/18 season, the wolves were defeated by the UHC Weißenfeils in two games in the final of the German championship. The team of the TVL 2019 celebrated their greatest success so far by winning the Floorball Germany Cup . In the final, the wolves beat the Red Devils Wernigerode 8: 5.

After the 2018/19 season , the wolves will retreat to the Regionalliga Nordwest.
