The Deutsche Gütegemeinschaft Möbel eV (DGM) is an association of 71 furniture manufacturers and 40 sponsoring members consisting of supplier branches, associations of the furniture industry, professional associations of the furniture industry, institutes z. B. TÜV Rheinland and furniture assembly companies under the umbrella of the RAL institute and awards the RAL quality mark for furniture .

history

Furniture inspection

In order to be able to affix a RAL quality mark to furniture, manufacturers have to subject their furniture to intensive tests in independent test laboratories.
