history

In 2001 the professional association was founded by 5 doctors (Sascha Baller, Christof Hofele, Steffen Gramminger, Gerrit Frühauf, André Michel), a business economist (Maik Werner) and a lawyer (Markus Jones), who set up the organization before the introduction of the DRGs in Germany .

This was followed by the regional associations "South Germany" in 2003, the regional associations "West" and "Northeast" in 2007 and the regional association "North" in 2009. The focus of the regional associations is the active organization of an interactive, communicative and personal professional exchange between the members corresponding regions.

The first cooperation was in 2002 with the DVKC (German Association for Hospital Controlling) e. V. decided. Cooperations with the SGfM (Swiss Association for Medical Controlling) e. V. 2006, as well as further cooperation with the DVMD (German Association of Medical Documentaries) e. V. in 2007, the ICV (International Controller Association) e.
