German handball championship (women) 1974

The champions of the five regional associations South, Southwest, West, North and Berlin had qualified for the final round of the 17th German indoor handball championship for women . First a preliminary round game was played, the winner of which advanced to the semi-finals. The two semi-final winners contested the final of the German championship in Celle (in front of 700 spectators). Bayer Leverkusen was the German champion .
