German handball championship (women) 1968

The champions of the five regional associations South, Southwest, West, North and Berlin had qualified for the final round of the eleventh German indoor handball championship for women . First a preliminary round game was played, the winner of which advanced to the semi-finals. As in the previous year, the two semi-final winners contested the final of the German championship in Hamburg (in front of 1,200 spectators). German champions became the SC Union 03 Hamburg .
