Diário As Beiras is a Portuguese, daily regional newspaper that deals with topics of the Região Centro .

The newspaper, founded in 1994, is based in the capital of the Centro Region, Coimbra , and also has individual editorial offices in the cities of Figueira da Foz , Pombal , Oliveira do Hospital and Cantanhede , where the owner Sojormedia Beiras SA is based. The company is now part of the Fapricela group of companies.

In 2006, the Diário As Beiras had an average daily circulation of 9,500 copies and around 8,000 subscribers. In July 2012, the average daily circulation was 12,000.

The Diário As Beiras is the first Portuguese newspaper to be certified according to the ISO 9001: 2000 standard .
