Diana Kinnert (born February 16, 1991 in Wuppertal - Elberfeld ) is a German politician ( CDU ), entrepreneur and publicist .

Career

Kinnert grew up in Wuppertal as the daughter of a Silesian repatriate and a Filipino migrant. She studied political science and philosophy in Göttingen, Amsterdam, Cologne and Berlin.

Kinnert graduated from the University of Göttingen in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts .

In 2009 she joined the CDU at the age of 17 . From 2015 to the end of 2016 she worked in the office of Vice President of the German Bundestag Peter Hintze . She was a member of the party reform commission under CDU General Secretary Peter Tauber . Under CDU General Secretary Paul Ziemiak , she is a member of the Federal Commission for "Social Cohesion" and in the Federal Network Integration of the CDU.

Kinnert founded the youth advisory board of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and was the foundation's ambassador for the rights of future generations . She is an advisory board of the Global Perspectives Initiative to support the sustainability goals of the United Nations and the extended steering committee of the multi-stakeholder initiative for artificial intelligence at the municipal level #KoKI.

Since 2017 Kinnert has been a faculty member of Futur / io, a European institute for exponential technologies and a desirable future with offices in Berlin, Salzburg and Venice.

Kinnert has been active in business since 2016. She is the managing director of newsgreen GmbH, a news platform for “ green innovations and technologies”, and Globalo News Publishing GmbH, a media production company that produces political documentaries, among other things.
