Litigation

In September 2004, the headline of the newspaper claimed that Victoria of Sweden had received an island as a "love nest" from her father. After a lawsuit by the princess before the Frankenthal regional court, the publisher and the plaintiff's attorney agreed to print a counter-statement on the front page. The newspaper Week of the Woman , which also belongs to the Klambt media group , reported three weeks later about an allegedly impending love wedding between the princess and Prince Nikolaos of Greece. Even the week of the woman denied after the comparison on the front page.

On November 24th of that year, the Swedish royal family announced another lawsuit against the Klambt media group. It's about no less than 500 cover pictures and 1,558 individual claims; Much of the incriminated reporting appeared in Die neue Frau . Swedish media reported that the royal family is demanding a total of 4.4 million euros in damages.

In March 2005, the Swedish royal family announced another lawsuit against the Klambt publishing group.
