Diego Ciccone (born July 21, 1987 in Winterthur ) is a Swiss football player .
Career
Ciccone learned to play football in the U-21 team of FC St. Gallen , where he was employed from 2005 to 2006 and received many assignments. In 2006 he was pulled up into the first team of FC St. Gallen and played in 14 Super League games in the 2006/07 season and scored one goal. After the 2007/08 season, he was relegated to the Challenge League with the team and made direct promotion a year later. In the summer of 2010 he joined FC Vaduz , with whom he signed a two-year contract. In April 2012, his contract was extended for another two years until summer 2014.
For the 2018/19 season, Ciccone is moving within the Challenge League to FC Rapperswil-Jona , where he has signed a two-year contract.
