The Dienstadter See was created in 2011 in Dienstadt , a district of Tauberbischofsheim in Baden-Württemberg , as a local recreation area.

The Dienstadter See is located in the Rinderbachtal, which leads from Dienstadt in the direction of the federal road 27 between Königheim and Tauberbischofsheim . The lake is fed with water , among other things, by the Rinderbach . The water flowing out of the lake reaches the Brehmbach via the Rinderbach below Königheim at the municipal boundary to Tauberbischofsheim as a left tributary , which in turn flows into the Tauber from the left at Tauberbischofsheim .

It is mainly used for local recreation and for the purpose of sport fishing. Next to the lake is a hut that is used for various events, as well as a Kneipp facility and a beach volleyball field.

The Dienstadter See was created in 2011 by the Heimatverein Dienstadt as a local recreation area.
