Dieter Neubert
Dieter Neubert (born October 4, 1952 in Mainz ) is a German sociologist and university professor.
Neubert has been Professor of Development Sociology at the University of Bayreuth since 2000 . His areas of expertise include African culture and society , development policy and political sociology .
