Dieter Schubmann-Wagner

Klaus-Dieter Schubmann-Wagner (born November 17, 1950 in Herford ) is a German lawyer and administrative officer .

Life

Schubmann-Wagner studied law at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster . In October 1976 he passed the first state examination in law in Hamm and passed the second state examination in Düsseldorf in April 1979 . He then joined the North Rhine-Westphalian judicial service and in June 1979 became a probationary judge in the ordinary jurisdiction. From January 1984 he worked as a judge at the Bielefeld District Court . From January to December 1990 he was seconded to the Hamm Higher Regional Court and since August 1994 he was a permanent representative of a director as a judge at the local court. From September 1995 to February 2000 he worked as head of the working group "Electronic land registry and registry management" in the Ministry of Justice of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and from March 2000 to January 2002 as head of department in the representation of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia at the federal government . In September 2000 he was appointed director of the Herford District Court .

Schubmann-Wagner served from January to November 2002 as State Secretary in the Justice Ministry of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and from 25 November 2002 to 30 June 2005 as State Secretary in the Justice Ministry of North Rhine-Westphalia.

From 2006 to 2009 he was managing partner of NordWestConsult GmbH. Schubmann-Wagner has been practicing as a lawyer in Düsseldorf with a branch in Bielefeld since 2008.

Dieter Schubmann-Wagner is married and has two children.
