Dieter Stoltz

Dieter Stoltz (born November 24, 1938 in Karlsruhe ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

After attending elementary school and graduating from secondary school, Stoltz completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Stadtwerke Karlsruhe from 1953 to 1956 and at the same time attended the commercial vocational school. He then worked as an employee at the municipal utilities, where he was promoted to head of department for business administration and organization in 1968. He also joined the Public Services, Transport and Traffic Union (ÖTV) and was a member of the administrative board of the Badisches Staatstheater .

Stoltz joined the SPD in 1962 and was chairman of the SPD district association in Karlsruhe from 1978 to 1981, from 1983 to 1985 and from 1987 to 1988. In the state elections in 1976 , he was elected as a member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg , to which he was a member until 1996. In all electoral periods he was drawn into parliament through a second mandate from the Karlsruhe I constituency .

Dieter Stoltz is married and has two children.
