Diethard Schütze (born November 18, 1954 in Berlin ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

After graduating from Humboldt-Gymnasium in Berlin in 1973, Schütze studied law at the Free University of Berlin from 1974 to 1979 and made his first state examination in 1979 and his second state examination in 1981. In 1982 he became an independent lawyer in Berlin. He is a member of the German Lawyers Association and the German Lawyers Association .

1973 Schütze joined the CDU. From 1974 to 1975 he was regional chairman of the Berlin Schools Union, then from 1975 to 1979 he was chairman of the Junge Union Reinickendorf . In 1989 he became district chairman of the CDU Reinickendorf and in 1998 deputy state chairman of the CDU Berlin.

From 1979 to 1981 Schütze sat in the district assembly of Berlin-Reinickendorf. From 1981 to 1994 he was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives , where he was deputy chairman of the CDU parliamentary group from 1991 to 1994. After he succeeded in entering the German Bundestag in the Bundestag election in 1994 , he resigned from the House of Representatives. In 1994, Schütze moved into the German Bundestag via the direct mandate in the Bundestag constituency of Berlin-Reinickendorf , and in 1998 via the state list of the Berlin CDU .
