Dietmar Jacobs
Dietmar Jacobs (* 1967 in Mönchengladbach ) is a German author . He lives in Cologne .
Life
Dietmar Jacobs studied from 1988 to 1994 at the University of Cologne and received her doctorate in 1996 on the subject of “The cabaret of the GDR in the Honecker era ”.
In 1996 he invented the sitcom Das Amt with Jochen Busse in the lead role and supervised all seven seasons of the series as the lead author.
Dietmar Jacobs works as an author for the Midnight Peak , the Windshield Wiper , Hallervordens Spott-Light and the Cologne Stunksitzung, among others . He also writes scripts for the series Stromberg , Dr. Psycho , famous and is involved in ensemble productions of the Düsseldorfer Kom (m) ödchen .
In 2006 he received the Adolf Grimme Prize in the "Series and multi-part series" category for his work at Stromberg .
