Dietrich Höling (* around 1556 in Bremen ; † October 30, 1617 in Lübeck ) was a merchant and councilor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Life

The Bremen merchant Dietrich Höling was a member of the Lübeck mountain drivers and was elected to the Lübeck council in 1608. He died at the age of 61 and was buried in the Jakobikirche as a result of Fehling , where his grave, however, cannot be traced. After his death, however, he received an epitaph with his coat of arms, a rich inscription and a small portrait in this church , which was in the northern vestibule before the Second World War. His daughter Christiane married the mayor Johann Kampferbeke .
