Dino Najdoski (born May 8, 1992 in Belgrade ) is a Macedonian football player .

The defender started his career in 2008 at Vardar Skopje . In the 2010/11 season he was under contract with the Swiss club AC Bellinzona and then he moved back to Macedonia for FK Rabotnički . In August 2011, his doping test in the Europa League game against Lazio Rome was positive and he was suspended for one year. According to media reports, the stimulant methylhexanamine was found. After his suspension, he won the Macedonian double with Rabotnički with championship and cup in 2014 . For the 2014/15 season he rejoined Vardar Skopje.

Najdoski completed a total of 25 games for the Macedonian U-17, U-19 and U-21 national teams.
