Dion Bailey (* 2. March 1992 in Carson , California ) is an American American football poker players. He played in the position of safety for the New York Jets and Seattle Seahawks in the National Football League (NFL).

NFL

Seattle Seahawks

After Bailey was not selected in the 2014 NFL Draft , the Seattle Seahawks signed him on May 10, 2015 . On August 5, 2014, Bailey was released from the Seahawks, but signed him the following day, but placed him on the Injured Reserve List . On November 5, 2014, the Seahawks transferred him to their Practice Squad , but released him on December 18, 2014. On December 23, 2014, they recruited him to the Practice Squad. On February 4, 2015, his contract was renewed by the Seattle Seahawks. He played his first NFL game as a starter on the first day of the 2015 season , but was replaced by DeShawn Shead in week two . On September 26, 2015, the Seahawks released him to make way for Kam Chancellor .

New York Jets

On September 28, 2015, the New York Jets signed Bailey. He played in five games and scored half a sack . He was released on August 30, 2016.
